Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
What does pre-order mean?
If a size has sold out, you can pre-order it instead of waiting for it to come back. You pay today and we ship your pair as soon as the restock lands. The ship date is shown on the product page before you buy, and again on your order confirmation.
Once it ships, delivery takes the usual 6 to 8 business days.
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships and we'll refund you in full. If a restock is delayed, we'll email you before the original date passes rather than leaving you guessing.

Our underwear fits true to size for most hoopers. The easiest way to nail it is our height and weight size chart, which runs from XS all the way to L, and you'll find it on every product page. Almost certainly not. Tracking showing "Pre-Transit" or sitting quiet for a few days is completely normal, and your order is on its way. If your tracking ever goes a full month without updates, we'll refund your order in full, no hoops to jump through.
