Frequently asked questions

How do the shirts fit?

Our shirts fit true to size for most hoopers. You'll find the size chart on every product page. Still unsure? DM us your height and weight and we'll tell you straight.
How much is shipping?

Shipping price depends on the country you're ordering to. You'll see the final shipping price at checkout. Orders of 75$/65€ or more ship completely free.
How long does shipping take?

Orders ship out within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes around 5 to 8 business days for most countries. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move.
Can I return or exchange if the size is wrong?

Yes, you've got 30 days as long as the shirts are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags. Size exchanges are no problem: just contact us by email or IG DM, send the shirt back (return shipping is on you), and we'll get the right size moving. Refunds always go back to your original payment method.
My tracking hasn't updated, is something wrong?

Almost certainly not. Tracking showing "Pre-Transit" or sitting quiet for a few days is completely normal, and your order is on its way. If your tracking ever goes a full month without updates, we'll refund your order in full, no hoops to jump through.
When do sold-out designs restock?

Popular designs come back. When a restock is on the way, the product page opens presale with the exact restock date, so you always know when your order ships. Presale is the smart move: it locks in your shirt so you're not racing everyone else when the drop goes live again.
